Reflecting on a Night of Impact: The Pinnacle Foundation’s Winter Cocktail Fundraiser at the Rex Theater
On February 8th, 2024, the Rex Theater was the place to be as the Pinnacle Foundation hosted its highly anticipated Winter Cocktail Fundraiser. This annual event serves as our community forum, bringing together thought leaders, community members, and dedicated supporters to engage with critical figures working tirelessly to address homelessness and veteran affairs in Manchester.
An Evening of Inspiration and Community
The event was graced by our 2024 featured guest speaker, Maria Devlin, President & CEO of Families in Transition. Maria’s powerful speech provided insights into the ongoing efforts and challenges in combating homelessness. Her firsthand experiences and unwavering commitment to making a difference resonated deeply with all attendees, sparking conversations and inspiring action.
Adding to the evening’s significance, the newly elected Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais shared his perspectives and the city’s initiatives to support vulnerable populations. Mayor Ruais’ words reinforced the importance of community collaboration and our pivotal role in creating a better Manchester.
Elegance, Entertainment, and Connection
Guests arrived ready to enjoy a night of enlightenment and entertainment. The Rex Theater’s ambiance was the perfect backdrop for an evening of mingling, delicious food from Jonny Paolini and Cucina Toscana, Big Kahunas Smokehouse, and captivating live music from the Chad LaMarsh Band. The atmosphere buzzed with the joy of reconnecting with friends and colleagues and the excitement of meeting new faces committed to the exact cause.
Supporting a Worthy Cause
The fundraiser featured a thrilling raffle and auction, with various coveted items and experiences up for bid. The generosity of our attendees was heartwarming, as each bid and donation directly supports the Pinnacle Foundation’s mission to combat homelessness and assist veterans in Manchester. We would also like to thank Lisa Brock, who donated her time to capture beautiful photos of the night. View the photos here >
We are thrilled to announce that the Pinnacle Foundation has donated $15,000 from the event’s proceeds to Families in Transition. This substantial contribution equates to 3,472 meals, given the cost of $4.32 per meal. Such a donation significantly impacts the community, providing essential support to those in need.
